Re-Conditioning Services Available:

We have over 32 years experience of re-conditioning JONES & SHIPMAN  and MYFORD Grinding machines and are able to offer customers a range of options from a comprehensive service and testing to  fully  re-conditioning, to include slideway regrind/scrapping, realignment, to within the original manufactures tolerances, and re-paint in our brand new paint shop facility, backed up with a full 12 months parts & labour guarantee *

           Spindle rebuilding service

We can offer a in-house spindle rebuilding service for the following spindles:

  Jones & Shipman Internal Spindles:  Type 1656, 1660, 1662
  Jones & Shipman 540 and 1400 Ball Bearing Wheel Head.
  Jones & Shipman 310 and 310T Wheel Spindle.

  Myford  MG12  Internal Spindles: Type  GS6580 , GS6582
 Myford   MG12  10" Wheel Head Spindle Cartridge.
 Myford   MG12  12" Wheel Head Spindle Cartridge.
